Chargali

Day 1:            Drive from Tbilisi to the northward up to the village Chargali via Zhinvali reservoir and Aragvi gorge of Pshav-Khevsureti. Visit to Vazha-Pshavela Museum, descend to the turning of the Tsabaurs and visit to Kopala chapel, ancient settlements. Walk down to the village Gometsra, visit to the fortress “Simagreula”. Overnight in tents near the water-mill in the gorge of one of the tributaries of the river Gometsrula.

Day 2:            Descend to Aragvi gorge to the village Magaroskari. Visit to the only domical church, temple of the village, pussy-willow forest - “Bziana”. Ascend and visit to Kuchecha (the ruins of the old church). Walk down to the village Magaroskari and drive back to Tbilisi.
